Supersums Live Support is a web based tool which allowa us secure access to your network or computers through our website and is available for all service issues. This service is billed at a 15 minute incrament - actual time billed after the first 15 minutes and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.

	Live Support enables our support group to immediately connect and chat in real time.
	Screen Sharing/Viewing our support group can immediately asses issues by remotely viewing the customer's computer and sharing control of the mouse and keyboard.
	2-Way Screen Sharing/Viewing our clients can see our support representatives desktop.
	Whiteboard and laser collaboration tools enable our support group and our client to draw, high light or type on each other's screens.
	Reboot/Reconnect enables our support group to restart the customer's and automatically reconnect to the support session in progress.
